Meet our host,  H2 O ©.  He is 16" tall and is an enigmatic individual (hard to understand or explain, mysterious). He's a time traveler, part Peter Pan, part Leprechaun. He can glide through the water at will and he can find Treasure. He is a philosopher and has  telepathic capability. He is at home in his element, The Underwater World and he has a vast knowledge of  Sea Creatures and even of Captain Nemo.
