DIVER TRAINING:
People of all ages have learned to Scuba Dive from the career professionals at Middle Keys Scuba Center and Diving Discovery. Seek the mysteries of the underwater world. Experience breathing underwater, the feeling of total weightlessness and the total visual sensation. Diving offers something for every interest whether it's just looking at the art of nature (the Reef), catching some edibles such as lobsters or Spearfishing, enjoying underwater photography or video, treasure hunting, collecting or just exploring. From the beginner to the experienced, we offer the programs to meet your needs! We offer all our courses with NAUI or PADI certification

If you are qualified you can dive the wreck 'THUNDERBOLT'.... or you can sign up for our Deep Dive Course. If you don't have the time to take the Course, you can have an instructor take you on a guided dive tour.....

TRY SCUBA PROGRAM:
Always wanted to try it? Get your feet wet!  Our "Discover Scuba" Program is offered daily! This is not a full certification program but a one day introduction to the skills needed to scuba dive. Pool training in the AM and two dives on the Living Coral Reef with your instructor on our afternoon boat trip! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and towel!


SCUBA CERTIFICATION:
The Scuba Diver program is designed to develop a safe, effective and confident diver, able to dive without the direct supervision of an instructor. First you learn the skills in the pool. Then you have classroom theory. The Final step is the Open Water skill evaluation or check-out dives. This is designed to give you boat diving experience and develop your open-water navigation skills. Your instructors are with you at all times and there is direct student-instructor contact. Upon successful completion you will receive a certification card. Congratulations!

Referrals/ Check-out Dives:
Sign-up for your final open water skill evaluation or check out dives. All you need is a referral statement from your instructor acknowledging that you- have successfully completed the pool and academic requirements for the scuba certification. This is a two day program. With the Universal Referral Program we can certify you regardless of which agency you took your class and pool training from!


Advanced Scuba Diver Course:
This course could be for you! It is for certified divers who are interested in increasing their diving knowledge and skills. It is taught wholly in an openwater setting. Includes academics and 6 openwater Dives; Deep dive; Night dive; Navigation dive and three Activity dives.

Rescue Diver:
This course is designed to introduce interested divers and potential diving leaders in the knowledge and skills needed to assist in preventing and dealing with in-water problems and diving incidents.This course is a prerequisite to the Divemaster Course.

Divemaster:
A leadership level course designed to train you in the skills to organize and conduct safe and enjoyable openwater dives for certified divers. Training includes advanced academics, resort diving operations, boat and shore master training. Can be combined with the Rescue Diver program.

Fun   Specialties:
"Been There, Dove That?" Add a New Dimension to your Diving! Try something NEW!  All of our Specialty Programs are designed to introduce certified divers to the diversity of Underwater Activities. We offer all our Specialty Programs at three levels of participation.
One day Short Specialty Program:
Designed for the person who "always wanted to try that!" 
This is a one day program designed to promote and encourage further developmental training. The Introductory or Short Specialty Course is taught by a qualified Instructor and provides hands-on training with specialty equipment use. Includes a complete overview in the specific field of interest prior to the two activity dives with your instructor.
Two day Certification Course:
A more in depth exposure to technical information including; proper techniques, equipment use and care, skill development,  standards, local laws, etc. We offer Specialty Certifications through NAUI or PADI for all our programs.
The Pro Program: 
The progressive program is a 3 day course designed to assist the diver achieve a higher level of experience and performance in the Complete Specialty.
